From national live television broadcasts and breaking news coverage to large-scale events, cross-functional programs, and operational planning, my career has been built on bringing clarity, structure, and calm to complex environments.
Throughout my career with The Walt Disney Company, ABC News, and Good Morning America, I partnered with creative, technical, editorial, and executive teams to solve operational challenges, streamline workflows, manage risk, optimize resources, and deliver mission-critical projects under extraordinary time pressure. Those experiences taught me that the same principles that keep live television on the air can help organizations in any industry operate more effectively.
Today, I help businesses improve the way work gets done.
